A certificate is an ordinary Metaplex Core NFT in a verified collection, so it lists on Tensor and Magic Eden like anything else. The buyer gets the bag; the coin's chart records nothing. Collection royalty is 1% and goes to the transfer agent, which buys and burns $SBAG with it.
